Our 1 to 1 coaching is an excellent way to get personal support and help with reaching your fitness goals whatever age or level of fitness you have.
You can use the sessions for whatever you like, including help with food and nutrition, refining your martial art techniques, training to take part in an event, such as a triathlon or a marathon, or receiving personal training to increase your strength, flexibility and endurance.
1-TO-1 COACHING SESSIONS
We'll work with you and do all we can to encourage you, motivate you and push you forward to get to where you want to be. We have personal training qualifications, life coaching awards and long experience at a very high level in a range of martial arts. You can be sure you're in safe hands with people who genuinely care about your success. We want to make you stronger, both physically and mentally, and ready for anything that life can throw at you.

HAVE A QUESTION?
A: It’s £25.00 per hour, though you can also book for two people which is charged at £40.00 per hour.
A: Anything you like. You can improve your technique, discuss nutrition, build towards a competition or anything else that will help you.
A: Comfortable shorts or tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt will be fine, as long as you can easily move in what you’re wearing. You don’t need to go out and buy any special clothing to take part.
