We do hope you are all well? We certainly have missed every single one of you and can’t wait to get back to what we know and love!
Clearly there are some changes but so long as we all stick to the new rules we will run a safe environment for us all.

COVID 19 - UPDATE

Temperature checks/Hand and Feet sanitation.

The usual entrance to the gym will continue to be the entry and exit point for all. A member of Phoenix will be at the first sanitising station and will have to record everyone’s temperature on entry.

social distancing is a priority, please respect each and every member.

Anyone with a temperature at 38c or above will be refused.

BOOKINGS

We have to keep an eye on numbers! It will be compulsory for pay as you go attendees to pay for each class daily before 4pm. Members don't now need to book on to the sessions at this time, this will be reviewed going forward.

I can’t stress enough that pay as you go attendees need to pay before 4 pm to enable the gym time to process registers for each class.

If you want to compete, we’ll get you fighting fit and ready to go up against the competitors in your field, and if you simply want to make new friends, learn and get fit, we’ll help you do that too.

Payments and Prices.

Adults membership £45.00 paid 1st of each month ( before 4pm)

Adults pay as you go £6.00

Kids pay as you go £5.00

We will introduce a junior membership and run a joint membership for adult and children but this will be implemented at a later date.

A: We take children from 4 years and upwards.

A: Of course! It doesn’t matter if you want to get fit with circuit training or try any of our martial arts courses. We’ll have a class to suit your abilities and help you learn.

A: Comfortable shorts or tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt will be fine, as long as you can easily move in what you’re wearing. You don’t need to go out and buy any special clothing to take part.
