Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, also known as BJJ, is a very accessible martial art. Your ability doesn't rely on you being physically tall or extra strong, and even a smaller person can learn to subdue a larger opponent with the right moves. Our classes have people of all ages and abilities from 4 years old and up, so don’t hold yourself back if you want to try.  

Jiu Jitsu is a grappling martial art where your aim is to control your opponent and get them to submit, and our team are experts at showing you how to go from your first class as a complete beginner to gaining knowledge, learning to think strategically, building your strength and flexibility and improving your abilities over time.

Jiu Jitsu isn't simply a way of fighting. It can become a whole way of life where you learn resilience and mental strength along the way.

FAQ

Q: If you take a martial art, do you have to compete?

A: Not at all. While many of our members do choose to compete, it’s entirely up to you and if you just want to enjoy your classes and use them to get fit, that’s completely fine.

Q: Do you do 1-to-1 coaching?

A: Yes. You can book 1-to-1 coaching for any of our martial arts and we’ll help you with whatever you want to work on.

Q: What should I wear to classes?

A: Comfortable shorts or tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt will be fine, as long as you can easily move in what you’re wearing. You don’t need to go out and buy any special clothing to take part.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Build your fitness with a variety of exercises in one class with our circuit training. You’ll find a friendly atmosphere and supportive trainers and attendees who will cheer you on and push you to achieve your goals, no matter what your fitness level.

MMA

Build your fitness and your resilience with our MMA classes where you’ll learn techniques from a range of martial arts, including Tae Kwon Do, boxing, Jiu-Jitsu and more. You can work towards competing if you like or just enjoy learning new skills.

MUAY THAI

For a physical full body workout like no other, get started with our Muay Thai classes and build yourself to peak fitness. Enjoy fun and energetic classes with experienced instructors who’ll push you and support you to be the best you can be.

K-1

Challenge yourself with our intense kickboxing and martial arts classes, push yourself to learn and compete if you choose, and we know you’ll build your mental and physical toughness along the way while making friends with like-minded people.
