Juniors BJJ is a great way of learning self defence discipline through control using martial arts.

Our BJJ classes use ground control and submission wrestling only, No striking. A very dominant martial art and techniques to suppress bigger opponents through movement and thought control, competitions run all year for those wanting to go that little bit further.

Kickboxing is mixed martial arts using punches, kicks, knees,submission and wrestling combined. A great way of mixing all the elements up to keep the kids enthusiastic. Really good for fitness weight loss and toning.

Q: How much does the classes cost?

A: Juniors 5-14 years £6.00 per class - Membership £45.00

Q: What should my child wear to classes?

A: Comfortable shorts or tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt will be fine, as long as you can easily move in what you’re wearing. You don’t need to go out and buy any special clothing to take part.
