ABOUT BODYFIX MASSAGE

Hi I'm Sarah a Massage Therapist. I have always been interested in Health and fitness and am also a qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
 
Along side this I work for a Children's Occupational Therapy Team, assessing children with additional needs for equipment and adaptations. I have always been interested in how the body works and am passionate about helping people.
 
I am trained in several different massage techniques, sometimes I mix techniques to get the best results for my clients. I am continually updating my skills and knowledge and adding new techniques to my list.

After a consultation, I offer several different massage techniques and treatments.
I also offer a mixed massage, where you can choose 2 different massage techniques within your hour. If there's something else specific you're looking for, please feel free to ask.

Swedish massage works to improve circulation, relax muscles, and reduce emotional stress.

A hot stone massage uses smooth hot stones to help you relax and ease muscle tension throughout your body.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

An Indian Head Massage applies a range of techniques to help reduce stress and release tension in the upper body.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE

During an aromatherapy massage, essential oils are used for light massage, you inhale these oils and absorb them through your skin.

Lymphatic Drainage Treatment

Lymphatic drainage treatment involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move and helps the body eliminate toxins.

PRICE LIST

The massage price is £40 per hour, or £25 for 30mins.

Bookings can be made by contacting me directly. The first appointment is 1 hour that includes a consultation.
