KICKBOXING TRAINING IN MANSFIELD
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS FIGHTING
Kickboxing may seem like an intense and dynamic stand-up combat sport, but it's governed by a set of rules that ensure safety and fair play, making it accessible to a wide audience. Unlike its mixed martial arts (MMA) counterpart, kickboxing focuses on striking techniques using hands and feet, making it a disciplined yet exhilarating form of martial arts. People are drawn to kickboxing for a variety of reasons: to hone their striking abilities, enhance personal growth, challenge themselves, and engage in competitive sport.
Kickboxing incorporates elements from various striking disciplines, such as Muay Thai, karate, and western boxing, offering participants a comprehensive way to boost their fitness, resilience, strength, and flexibility. This sport not only teaches you a diverse set of striking techniques but also improves your physical coordination, balance, and cardiovascular health.
Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the basics or an experienced practitioner aiming to refine your techniques, our welcoming environment and expert guidance provide the perfect setting. Join us for an introductory class and discover the exciting world of kickboxing for yourself!

HAVE A QUESTION?
A: Not at all. We have beginners’ classes across all martial arts, and we work with you at your level, wherever you are at.
A: Every class has a minimum of one coach, along with assistants to help and ensure that everyone is performing each move or technique correctly. We pride ourselves on making sure you are well looked after at every class.
A: Comfortable shorts or tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt will be fine, as long as you can easily move in what you’re wearing. You don’t need to go out and buy any special clothing to take part.
