K-1 KICKBOXING CLASSES MANSFIELD

TRAIN WITH TOP CLASS COACHES

Like MMA, K-1 started in 1993. K1 is another well-known intense and complex martial art that's not an easy choice but is well worth the time and training it takes. There's some debate about what the 'K' actually stands for in K1, though the most popular definition is that it represents kickboxing, karate and kung fu. Some people also add in kempo, tae kwon do and kakutougi into the description, and from either of those you can see that there's a lot to learn and you'll definitely build your physical and mental strength if you take these classes.

Having said that, don't let that put you off. You can always try one of our introductory courses and see what you think. And you'll find a lot of support, both from our professional coaches and from your class members. We'll push you, train you up to get the techniques right and help you build your fitness. And then it's up to you whether you take it further and compete or simply continue to enjoy the classes and improve for your own satisfaction.

FAQ

A: You can pay £4.00 per class or save by paying £25.00 per month for all classes, from a minimum of 3 classes a month or up to 6 classes a week.

A: Of course! It doesn’t matter if you want to get fit with circuit training or try any of our martial arts courses. We’ll have a class to suit your abilities and help you learn.

A: Not at all. While many of our members do choose to compete, it’s entirely up to you and if you just want to enjoy your classes and use them to get fit, that’s completely fine.

JIU-JITSU

Join our Jiu Jitsu classes and learn a fun grappling martial art where you don’t have to be built like the Hulk to be able to take down an opponent. Known as the ‘gentle art’, you’ll learn the techniques and skills you need while increasing your fitness.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Build your fitness with a variety of exercises in one class with our circuit training. You’ll find a friendly atmosphere and supportive trainers and attendees who will cheer you on and push you to achieve your goals, no matter what your fitness level.

MMA

Build your fitness and your resilience with our MMA classes where you’ll learn techniques from a range of martial arts, including Tae Kwon Do, boxing, Jiu-Jitsu and more. You can work towards competing if you like or just enjoy learning new skills.

MUAY THAI

For a physical full body workout like no other, get started with our Muay Thai classes and build yourself to peak fitness. Enjoy fun and energetic classes with experienced instructors who’ll push you and support you to be the best you can be.
