THAI BOXING CLASSES MANSFIELD
If you're looking for an incredibly thorough workout, Muay Thai (also known as muai thai or Thai boxing) is the one for you. It is known as the Art of Eight Limbs (or sometimes the Science) as you use the whole body when you train and compete.
Muay Thai uses kicks, elbow strikes, foot thrusts, knee strikes and punches, along with blocking, clinches and evasion to fight an opponent, and with the workout over your whole body and the cardio involved, your fitness will quickly build and your body shape will change noticeably over time. You'll also build confidence, mental and physical strength and flexibility.
As with all of our martial art classes, you can choose whether to compete and fight opponents or enjoy the classes and your increased fitness without feeling pushed to go any further. And if you do choose to compete, our expert trainers will take you every step of the way and push you to be the very best you can be.

A: Yes. You can book 1-to-1 coaching for any of our martial arts and we’ll help you with whatever you want to work on.
A: Not at all. While many of our members do choose to compete, it’s entirely up to you and if you just want to enjoy your classes and use them to get fit, that’s completely fine.
A: If you want to learn, we don’t care how old you are. We always do an assessment with everyone who wants to start taking a class to see their abilities and fitness level, and we have classes with adaptations for people with movement or mobility problems so if you’ll put the effort in, we’ll teach you.
